Within a few months, Dan managed to gather all departments in the house behind a common strategy for the new business area. That alone is an impressive achievement in a traditional media house. But he also simultaneously delivered remarkable results with his own projects.

... All of the above mentioned things happened as a direct result of Dan's high journalistic standard and his wealth of ideas, driving force and ability to translate thought into action.

For the editor-in-chief, Dan was a highly valued sparring partner and employee, and we saw him as a talent for bigger management tasks in the future. I envy the company that will now benefit from his work.

Dan possesses a rare combination of journalistic flair, skills as a host and an ear for good sound.

Dan is passionate about the good story and the good sound on a level that at times borders on the self-destructive, because he is rarely 100 percent satisfied with his own work. Fortunately, the listeners see the matter differently, because during his time with us, he has been the primary driving force behind yet another award-winning

documentary podcast and, not least, developed and launched our incomparably biggest show in the formof a true crime podcast.
